Ascent of the Ahepa Maritime Chapter HJ-45 St' Nicholas to the Highest peak of Greece, Mytika, to the mountain of the Gods, Olympus.

As President of Ahepa Maritime Chapter HJ-45 St' Nicholas, I would like to announce to you with great pride the conquest of the summit of Olympus, Mytikas at 2,918 meters, by the mountaineering team of Ahepa Maritime Chapter St' Nicholas, the organization of which I undertook and guided for this great achievement. I want from the bottom of my heart to congratulate those who climbed with me to the top of Olympus. This is a remarkable feat and lifetime achievement, surpassing any personal goal for anyone. I also want to congratulate those who managed to follow us up the mountain, but decided not to climb the highest peak, Mytikas. You too deserve to be proud of your own super effort and I am especially happy that you made the decision to follow us and celebrate our victory together. It is known that everyone wants to stand on the top, but the beauty lies in the hard work and preparation, in the experience of the ascent, the descent and THE ROUTE and not only in conquering the summit.
