Contacting AHEPA Maritime St. Nikolas
Candidates should not be concerned that they will not be good enough, and they should know that all present members are available to assist them. The first step is to go through our website and fully comprehend and accept our principles and activities. The next step is to apply for membership. The best option is to chat with an existing member who will gladly answer any queries you may have. However, we recognize that for certain candidates, this may not be achievable. As a result, we've added a contact email address (there is a link on the bottom of this page). Your email will be forwarded to the secretary of the chapter, who will answer as quickly as possible. Note that contacting the chapter with a query or for more information is not an application; rather, it is an indicator that you are interested in joining the chapter but have not yet committed.
The Application Form
You will be sent an application through email after interacting with the chapter's secretary, or you may download it from our page. It will ask for some basic information like your name, address, and phone number. It will be evaluated when it is finished and returned, and an interview will be scheduled. The chapter keeps all personal information in the highest secrecy. No aspect of it will ever be utilized for anything other than the application process and chapter-related internal correspondence. In this regards the applicant must procceed with the payment of annual membership fee (120 euro ) plus an one time subscription fee of 50 euros .

The Interview
This is an opportunity to meet the AHEPA Maritime St. Nikolas leaders and determine whether or not joining AHEPA Maritime St. Nicholas is a suitable match for both you and us. We're only trying to figure out whether you're interested in supporting and promoting Hellenism and answer any queries you might have at this point. Again, it's more of a discussion than an interview, with everyone having an opportunity to address any concerns and ask questions. The interview committee will then report back to the chapter with their findings and opinion of the candidate's fitness.
Voting on an Application
After hearing the findings of the interview, the President will summon the members of AHEPA Maritime St. Nicholas admission committee of new members to vote on the applicant, either accepting or rejecting his application. For many applicants, this is the most uncertain phase of the process, as it may take some time before you hear back from the chapter. In case of rejection of an application then the funds paid will be returned to the applicant .If you have any concerns during this period, please contact our secretary, who will do his best to keep you informed about the status of your application.
The Initiation
After an application has been approved, the candidate is contacted and offered an initiation date. On this date, he reports to the chapter for his inauguration, as have hundreds of other men before him. We take a man's admission into our chapter and brotherhood extremely seriously, and it is the obligation of our members to make sure he has a good time.
