On Friday, October 22nd, a delegation of AHEPA Maritime Chapter ST 'NICHOLAS HJ-45, consisting of the President of the Chapter Mattheou Dimitris, the Vice President Politis Dionysis and the members of the health committee of the organization, Kalokairinos Antonis, Professor of Chemistry at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, Panoulis Konstantinos, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Vassilopoulos Christos, Head of Nutrition Department of Aretaieio Hospital, and Deligeoroglou Efthymis, Professor Emeritus In Obstetrics and Gynecology University Of Athens , in response to the request of the University Hospital of Aeginiteio, visited the place where, during a modest ceremony, a large number of "Green" air-conditioning units of latest technology were delivered in order to cover the needs of the Aeginiteio Hospital.

During the ceremony for the donation of the air conditioning units, a constructive discussion took place where after a brief presentation of the university hospital and the excellent services which are provided to the Greek citizens by Mr. Nikos K. Stefanis, Professor of Psychiatry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Medical School and Director of 1st Psychiatry clinic of Aeginiteio hospital and Tzavellas Ilias, Associate Professor of Psychiatry, the ways of contributing AHEPA Maritime Chapter ST 'NICHOLAS HJ-45 to the further donation of equipment to the hospital which will assist its smooth operation, were duly canvassed.

In turn, a tour of the university hospitals of Aeginiteio, Aretaieio and Magineio Maternity Hospital was conducted, where it was ascertained its excellent organization and operation.

In closing, the President Mattheou Dimitrios and the attending members of Maritime Chapter ST 'NICHOLAS, promised that, fully fulfilling the ideals and principles of AHEPA, they will remain close to these health facilities, offering in every possible way and means according to their availabilities.
